All prices in Indian rupees, for the full 12-week programme, including any applicable taxes. One-time payment through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). No subscription and no automatic renewal.

• Self-guided: ₹1,999. Health check and track assignment; all exercise videos and weekly plans on WhatsApp; automatic light weeks and step targets.
• Guided: ₹3,999 (recommended). Everything in Self-guided, plus a physiotherapist review every 2 weeks; retests at weeks 6 and 12 with a report for your doctor; WhatsApp questions answered within 24 hours.
• Premium: ₹7,999. Everything in Guided, plus three 20-minute video calls (start, week 6, week 12). Limited to 10 people a month.
• Founding batch: ₹1,999. The Guided plan for the first 50 members, with a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of starting.
